Last updated: 2026-10-12
Language: [한국어](https://cutfac.com/ko/terms)

These terms cover the Cutfac website, the Cutfac app and paid plans, all provided by Wyverse Labs.

_These terms are a draft. They will be reviewed before paid plans open._

## Agreeing to these terms

By using the website, downloading a build of the app or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. If you use Cutfac for a company, you agree on its behalf.

## Open-source code

The Cutfac source code is published under an open-source license. If you build it yourself, that license governs your use of the code, not these terms. These terms cover the builds, updates and services we provide.

## Your license

A paid plan lets one person use the signed Cutfac app on the Macs they use, for as long as the plan is active. Licenses can't be shared, resold or transferred.

## Trials, billing and renewal

Solo comes with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.

The early-bird plan is a prepayment for the first year of Solo. The renewal price is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, whose terms also apply to the purchase.

## Refunds

The refund policy will be set out here before checkout opens. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country.

## When a plan ends

If your plan ends, you can keep using the last version of the app you received while it was active. Updates stop, and so do services that come with the plan.

## Your content

You own your videos, workspaces and everything you make with Cutfac. Because the app keeps them on your Mac, we don't receive them and claim no rights to them.

You are responsible for having the rights to the material you use, including references you download, and for following the rules of the platforms where you publish.

## Coding agents and other tools

Cutfac works with tools made by others, such as Claude Code, Codex, ffmpeg, yt-dlp and Whisper. They are separate products under their own terms, and AI usage is billed by their providers.

Agents can make mistakes. Review every video before you publish it.

## Acceptable use

Don't use Cutfac to:

- infringe copyright or other rights, or pass off someone else's work as yours;
- make content that is illegal, deceptive or harassing;
- attack, overload or get unauthorized access to our services.

## Free tools

The free tools on this website are provided as they are. Their results, such as safe zones and reading times, are estimates. Check them on the platform before you publish.

## Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, Cutfac is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be error-free or fit a particular purpose.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wyverse Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

## Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will give notice on this website at least seven days before they take effect. If you keep using Cutfac after that, the new terms apply.
